Q:Can we change the base from cross bar to round metal for 16'' stand fan?
A:Yes, the base is optional for both cross bar or round base for all of our 16'' stand fan model.
Q:Can we change the mesh grill to radial grill?
A:Yes, the grill can be changed according to customer's request.
Q:Do you accept SKD, CKD shipment?
A:Yes, among our customers, there are many manufacturers at their countries. We accept SKD, CKD shipment. We also welcome a OEM/ODM from our customers.
Q:Have your products gotten any safety recognition?
A:Yes, most of our peoducts are with GS/CE/EMC approval. And also for Japanese style fan, they are with S-JQA. Other than that, we also got CB, S-mark.
Q:How to go to your factory?
A:If you come from overseas or other province of China, you may take flight to Xiamen airport(Fujian province, China), then we can pick you up at the Xiamen airport. It takes around one and half hours from Xiamen to our factory(Zhang-PU).
If you also come from Fujian of China, you can take bus to Zhang-Chou, or Zhang-PU, then we can pick you up at the bus station.
